SIGNATURE EVENT.
The standings below show players who will qualify for upcoming Signature Events via the Aon Next 10 and Aon Swing 5, eligibility pathways for players to play their way into Signature Events via the FedExCup standings. Signature Events are limited-field tournaments with increased purses and FedExCup points that bring together the TOUR's top performers.
The Aon Next 10 ensures the season's best players are represented in Signature Events by providing spots for the top 10 players in the FedExCup standings who are not already qualified. The Aon Swing 5 is for players who peak in Full-Field Events between the Signature Events, awarding spots to the top five FedExCup points earners from those events who are not already qualified.
Players are able to compete in any number of NextGen Championships if they meet the following eligibility criteria:
1. Junior: This competition is open to male and female amateur golfers who have not reached their 19th birthday by August 1st, 2025.
2. Handicap Index must meet the requirements for each division outlined below on the date of application and final registration deadline.
Male amateurs: 15.0 or less
Female amateurs: 22.0 or less
It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their Handicap Index is up-to-date before each deadline.
Members of a golf club belonging to Golf Canada or holds a Public Player membership with Golf Canada. International players must be members in good standing with their respective association.
All applications are subject to approval or rejection by Golf Canada at any time before or after the start of play.
